The sky is the Limit- Mike Kelly repels down the mast of his sailboat and house, Tuesday evening in the Halifax Marina. Kelly had just finished rewiring lights atop the mast. "I'm getting ready for a trip to the Bahamas," he said. "I might just head east until I get tired of it."
